Lived in hollywood for about 3 years, working various odd jobs, working on small films, went to 3 different film schools (don't ask, lol), but didn't finish any of them. I've tried unsuccesfully to start a screenwriting career. So now I'm fed up and am taking the big dive.

Loved Pi and Requiem for a Dream... they knocked me to the other, each respectively. I am also a fan of Stanley Kubrick's work, and I wasn't suprised in the least at finding out that Aronosky is a Kubrick fan. He truly is the reincarnation of Kubrick.

I am not saying that the man is not unique; he's autonomous! But Kubrick just as well was autonomous. If you like Pi or Requiem, check out Kubrick!
